Product Operations Manager - Peer-to-Peer Payments

Position Description

What does a great Product Operations Manager ? Peer-to-Peer Payments do?

You will be responsible for product operations excellence working with both internal and external parties to be sure that we effectively onboard and support clients. You will focus on three main areas; client onboarding, issue management, and partner coordination.

As a Product Operations Manager ? Peer-to-Peer Payments, you can look forward to:

-  Handle and track all compliance related activities for client onboarding, coordinating with multiple third-party partners and internal client teams.

-  Ensure all compliance documentation is completed properly and timely working with client supporting teams

-  Maintain an ongoing issues client issue log, triage and assign actions to cross-functional teams

-  Identify enhancement opportunities based on client feedback and collaborate with the Product Management team to prioritize this work in upcoming product releases

-  Establish internal support processes to ensure that client facing teams can answer open client facing issues promptly

-  Work with the Communications team to develop clear communications regarding product or network rule changes

-  Partner with the Now Network team and external Peer-to-Peer network operator to understand upcoming rule changes and plan for dedicated issue prevention

-  Establish processes for documenting knowledge gathered as a part of issue resolution and publishing this information to drive self-help practices by ePayments client teams

-  Work with Product Management and legal to coordinate and submit all waivers required for non-compliance with third-party network rules

-  Maintain ongoing issues log with our key third-party partner to be certain we are tracking and resolving open issues, oversee activities with the Strategic Partnerships team

-  Partner with Professional Services teams and Program management to ensure client-onboarding procedures are well-defined and executed smoothly, looking for opportunities to improve the process

Enjoys being the ?go to? person for the Product and can help with new client setup, issue management and critical, third-party partner coordination to drive the success of our P2P solution.

-  5+ years of experience in financial services in a technology environment

-  Experience building new and innovative products and services for ?green field? opportunities

-  Experience in client-facing and internal support roles

-  High-level attention to detail and the skills to track and complete multiple workstreams and tasks at any one time

-  Experience establishing new internal processes

-  Able to effectively write product documentation

-  The ability to establish and lead cross-functional team meetings to work towards specific outcomes

-  Strong verbal and written communication skills

-  Experience collaborating with cross-geography and/or international teams

-  Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

-  Electronic payments experience with experience working with payment networks

-  Has partnered with legal and compliance teams.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
